版を用いるという間接的な描写の技法、それに加えアクリル絵具による直接的な描写を施した作品群です。

進藤陣特有のシンプルでありながら少しとぼけた線の描写が、この不穏な現代にほっとする時間をもたらしてくれます。

これは何のとり？なんて細かいことは言わない。どうぞ楽しんでください。

 The works are created using the indirect depiction technique of printing plates and direct depiction with acrylic paints.

The simple yet slightly blurred lines characteristic of Shindo's work bring a sense of relief in this unsettled modern age.

進藤陣さんとのお付き合いはもう15年余になりますが、未だに謎多き人です。別に自分の内面を隠しているわけではないと思うのですが、いつの間にか聞き役に徹していたり気が付くと場を和ませていたりで、あまり過激な主張をしません。

しかしながら住む世界は多種多様、興味も付き合いも幅広いユニークな作家です。

また発想の柔軟性も大変高く、困ったことがあり進藤さんに相談するとユニークなソリューションを提示してくれることが多々あります。「なるほど！思いつかなかった！」という視点です。空間把握能力も抜群に高く、物の理を把握する力も高いです。たぶん生物としてとても優れた人なんだと思います。

そして縛られるのを嫌います。まるでアメリカの人みたいに自由を求めます。チームワーク力も高いのですが、たぶん同じ組織で同じことをし続けるには、彼は鈍感さが足りないのでしょう。（私見ですが）

そんな進藤さんの視点から生み出されるモノタイプの作品たちは、とても不思議な存在感があります。シンプルにそぎ落とした線のもつ絶妙な揺らぎから生み出される親近感。そして見たことあるような無いような独特の動植物。建物たち。

ミニマルパターンも冷たさを感じません。少しとぼけています。

こんな不穏な時代だからこそ、進藤陣のアート作品をぜひ手元に置いてほっとしてください。（岡村）

I have known Mr. Shindo for more than 15 years, and he is still a man of mystery. I don't think he is hiding his inner self from us, but before we know it, he is a good listener, or when we notice him, he is making the place more relaxed, and he doesn't make radical assertions.

However, he is a unique writer with a wide range of interests and relationships in his diverse world.

He is also very flexible in his thinking, and when I consult with him about a problem, he often comes up with a unique solution. I often hear him say, "I see! I never thought of that! I had never thought of that. He has a very good grasp of space, and he also has a high ability to grasp the logic of things. I think he is probably a very gifted organism.

And he hates to be tied down. He is like an American who wants to be free. He is also very good at teamwork, but perhaps he is not blunt enough to keep doing the same thing in the same organization. (In my opinion.)

The monotype works produced from Mr. Shindo's point of view have a very mysterious presence. The exquisite fluctuation of the simple, stripped-down lines creates a sense of familiarity. The unique flora and fauna, which may or may not be familiar to you. Buildings.

The minimalist pattern does not feel cold. It is a little bland.

It is precisely because we are living in such a disturbing time that we hope you will feel relieved by having Shindo's artworks on hand.
