佐渡の昔話をテーマにした作品。傾きかけた蕎麦屋の飼い猫が人間に化けて歌を歌った。

そのおかげで商売が繁盛したという縁起の良い物語。

This work is based on a folk tale from Sado Island. A cat owned by a buckwheat noodle shop on the verge of collapse disguised itself as a human and sang a song. This is an auspicious tale of how business flourished thanks to the cat's singing.
